Injection Flat Plastic Pallet is named after the surface is flat. Flat plastic pallets are widely used in various industries such as medicine, convenience food, paper and flour, and some of the flat plastic pallets can be built with steel pipes inside to enhance carrying effect.

Injection Flat Plastic Pallet has six types: Sichuan-shaped flat plastic pallet, Tian-shaped flat plastic pallet, nine-legged flat plastic pallet, double-sided flat plastic pallet, seven-cornered flat plastic pallet, and small flat pallet.

Product Features

Light weight and strong - using PP or HDPE as raw material, adding colorant and anti-aging agent, and using injection molding process to form in one time.

It has excellent physical and mechanical properties, weather resistance and chemical resistance, easy to wash and sterilize, and no mildew.

No nails, no thorns, so it will not damage items and operators, safe space transfer, no sparks from friction,suitable for the transportation of flammable products.

Good skid resistance: The bearing surface of the product is equipped with a rubber anti-skid pad, so there is no need to worry about the sliding of the goods.

Strong carrying capacity: double-sided pallet: dynamic load 1.5T, static load 4.0-6.0T, shelf load 1.0T; single-sided pallet: dynamic load 1.2T, static load 3.0-4.0T, shelf load 0.8-1.0T.

Precautions:

1. The plastic pallet should be placed lightly to avoid uneven force and damage when landing.

2. When placing the goods, they should be placed evenly to avoid side deflection during lifting and handling.

3. When using handling equipment, you should consider whether the size of the cargo difference is suitable for the use of this plastic pallet, so as to avoid the inappropriate size and damage to the plastic pallet.

4. When stacking, the load-bearing capacity of the bottom pallet should be considered.
